At RootED Analytics, we use data and research to illuminate disparities, inform more inclusive practices, and help design systems that support all learners—especially those who have been historically underserved. Our work centers not just on identifying gaps, but on uncovering the conditions behind them and surfacing opportunities for systemic improvement.

Services include data support for equity audits, disproportionality analysis, stakeholder voice integration, and the development of equity-centered indicators and feedback tools. We help leaders embed equity considerations into strategic planning, evaluation, and day-to-day decision-making, ensuring that improvement efforts are not only effective, but inclusive.

Recent projects include partnering with a state university to evaluate the quality of IEPs across multiple districts, and gathering and visualizing data for a county-wide equity audit to inform systems-level improvement. Every engagement is rooted in evidence, practice, and insight—and built to move equity from intention to action.
