At RootED Analytics, we help education organizations bring strategic plans to life — grounding decisions in research and building the systems needed to monitor progress and adjust in real time. Rather than stopping at “what the evidence says,” we focus on turning it into plans, metrics, and routines that actually drive implementation.

Our services include defining measurable goals, translating research into decision-making criteria, developing aligned data-collection tools, creating dashboards and progress-monitoring reports, and analyzing trends over time to inform mid-course corrections. We draw on continuous improvement and implementation science so that strategy is not only evidence-aligned, but also feasible, repeatable, and used.

Recent projects include supporting a statewide education group in setting measurable goals for a multi-year SEL initiative, helping a regional CTE program use labor market and enrollment data to realign offerings with regional goals, translating findings from a large meta-analysis to shape district-level strategy, and drafting an research-informed survey design checklist to ensure all surveys across the district were clear, relevant, and primed for action. Every engagement is designed to support strategic clarity, disciplined follow-through, and stronger implementation — rooted in evidence, practicality, and insight.​
